LJ MOLD is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2026. Since our foundation in 1996, we have been dedicated to designing and manufacturing high-quality injection molds and plastic products for customers worldwide. As a privately owned company with a purpose-built factory on company-owned land, we have maintained stable growth, continuous investment and a long-term commitment to our customers.

Today, 100% of our molds and plastic products are exported, mainly to Europe and North America. Over the years, we have built an excellent reputation for quality, reliability and responsive service. A significant proportion of our new business comes from recommendations by long-term customers, reflecting the trust we have earned through successful cooperation.

LJ MOLD serves a wide range of industries, including automotive components, garden power tools, household appliances, pipe fittings, baby products, medical devices and other industrial applications.

Our greatest strength is our one-stop manufacturing capability. From product optimization, DFM and mold design to mold manufacturing, injection molding, assembly and quality inspection, every key process is completed in-house. This integrated production model enables faster communication, better quality control, shorter lead times and greater flexibility for engineering changes or urgent projects.

We have extensive experience in overmolding, insert molding, 2K and 3K multi-shot molds, providing reliable solutions for technically demanding products.
Our production facility is equipped with 29 injection molding machines ranging from 60T to 1600T, including advanced Haitian 2K/3K machines, supporting both prototype validation and mass production.
